All services provided by SouthGrid Tech are subject to availability, confirmation of the issue and agreement on the work required. Where further work or parts are needed, we will explain that before going ahead.

Quoted labour, hardware, software, licences and third-party costs may be charged separately where applicable. By booking support, you agree to reasonable diagnostic work, service communication and the quoted scope of work for your job.
